1. Instant noodles are usually sold in dried form that comes with spice powder and oil in separate packages. How to cook instant noodles is to boil it with boiling water or there is some that is enough to soaked in hot water. However, did you know that there is a danger of instant noodles behind the pleasures?

Not a Good Source of Nutrition

The process of making instant noodles begins by mixing ingredients of salt, starch, and other spices with flour. The dough is then stirred, then put into the mold. After becoming the desired shape, the noodles are steamed and dried by frying or drying process with hot air.

Instant noodles are often referred to as unhealthy foods because of the high carbohydrate and fat content, but low in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. In addition, instant noodles served with instant broth usually have a high salt or sodium content. One pack of instant noodles can contain about 2,700 mg of sodium, whereas the recommended sodium intake per day is no more than 2,000-2,400 mg (equivalent to 5-6 grams of salt).

The use of MSG (monosodium glutamate), which works to increase the taste of instant noodles to be more salty, sweet, or acid also has health risks. MSG can trigger allergic reactions with symptoms of chest pain, sweating, palpitations, and headaches.

High sodium content and MSG from instant noodles are advised to be avoided by hypertensive patients, diuretic drug users, and users of some types of anti-depressant drugs and people with congestive heart failure. Instant noodles are thought to increase a person's risk of developing diseases such as diabetes, stroke and heart disease.

Another thing to note when discussing the dangers of instant noodles is the packaging. There are instant noodles packed with ingredients that use styrofoam containing chemicals phenol A (BPA). BPA can disrupt the way hormones work, especially estrogen.

Minimize Instant Noodle Effects

If considering the unbalanced nutritional content of unbalanced nutrients coupled with complementary ingredients that are at risk for health, you should limit the consumption of instant noodles.

As an effort to balance the nutrients in the serving of instant noodles, you can add some additional ingredients, such as eggs, chicken, mushrooms, carrots, nuts, cabbage, and other natural ingredients. If possible, do not use whole spices. Limit only half of the dosage because instant noodle spice contains MSG and lots of salt.

If you eat instant noodles regularly, consider cutting back immediately. Expand the consumption of foods with a balanced nutritional content, equipped with a healthy lifestyle such as not smoking and exercise regularly. Also remember to read the packaging label of food or beverage products to know the nutritional value before you consume it.

2. Motor vehicle fumes

Did you know that exhaust fumes accounted for 26 percent of total emissions in Indonesia. According to Bappenas data, every time a vehicle smoke, about 1,000 toxic elements contained in it that contaminate the air.
This not only triggers physical illness, but the pollution that comes from exhaust fumes can also trigger mental illness, which is aggressive and agitated. Not only that this pollution can also cause an increase in the death rate caused by these toxins. Because of the smoke of vehicles there are various types of chemicals that can damage brain cells and cause chronic penyaikit, such as cancer and respiratory infections / lungs.

According to research data from Cairo University found aggressive and agitated behavior in experimental mice given exposure to toxic fumes from gasoline. The mice that inhaled the smoke turned to be very aggressive, scratching each other and fighting each other because after analyzed, the rat brain that inhales chemicals from gasoline was damaged cells. No wonder if the view from the experiment is often times people stuck in traffic more likely to get emotional because of too much inhalation-poisons contained in vehicle fumes.

Lead is one of the chemical substances contained in the vehicle's smoke, Lead (Pb) as one component of air pollutants that has extensive toxic effects on humans and animals by interfering with kidney function, gastrointestinal tract and nervous system in adolescents, reducing fertility, Decrease the number of spermatozoa, and increase abnormal spermatozoa and spontaneous abortion. In addition to lowering Intellegent Quotient (IQ) in children, can also reduce the ability to concentrate, respiratory disorders, lung cancer and allergies.

3.

Tea as a beverage is made from the young shoots of tea leaves that have undergone processing such as pelayuan, enzymatic oxidation, grinding and drying. Benefits resulting from tea drinks is to give a sense of fresh, can restore the body's health and proven not to cause negative impact.

Benefits possessed by tea drinks are derived from the chemical compounds contained in tea leaves. Chemical compounds contained in tea leaves consist of four major groups of phenols, not phenols, aromatics and enzymes. The four groups of chemical compounds together support the occurrence of good properties on the tea leaf, if the control during processing can be done properly.

Therefore, knowledge of the chemical composition of fresh tea leaves, as well as their alterations during processing can serve as a basis for good and proper tea processing in order to obtain high quality teas that produce tasteful, flavorful and nutritious refreshments. Nor to produce high quality derivative products, such as various food products, pharmaceuticals and body and beauty treatments.

    1. Thanks for visit. The combination of carbohydrates from rice and instant noodles can raise the glycemic index, so the sugar in the blood jumps dramatically. This is what makes the higher the risk of diabetes problems. Just eating rice and instant noodles also do not meet the adequacy of other nutrients such as protein, fiber, vitamins and so on. The high calories from instant noodles and rice also make the body fat easily.

If you really like to eat instant noodles, you should limit, at least once a week only. Rather than mixing with rice, it would be better if instant noodles plus pieces of vegetables, meat, eggs and so forth. Remember, instant noodles contain high salt and MSG, so too much is not good for your health.

  5. What do you measure? It could be anything. When you're doing problems in stoichiometry, you might look at...
    - Mass of Reactants (chemicals before the reaction)
    - Mass of Products (chemicals after the reaction)
    - Chemical Equations
    - Molecular Weights of Reactants and Products
    - Formulas of Various Compounds

    1. Thanks for visit. Why i take noodle for this lesson? It causes we cannto calculate the how many MSG in our body. In my articleni explain about how many sodium contains in noodle. And we know that in our body have a chemichal reaction start from mouth, flank, and intestines. We need sodium foor our body as like in our blood. But, if the quantity of sodium more than save level, so Natrium will be settle innour body and be trigger cancer. Maybe it's no trivial, but i wanna remaind that chemical in our daily life start from bad habit.
